Located at 529 Kent Street, Sydney, this visionary 293-metre mixed-use tower embodies the convergence of art, culture, and innovation at the heart of the city’s cultural precinct. Designed as an architectural landmark, the tower integrates a diverse programme of hotel accommodation, premium office space, art galleries, creative studios, an event hub, and a vibrant food court surrounding a central courtyard. Its sculptural façade, inspired by the fluidity of artistic expression, creates a dialogue between heritage and contemporary form while contributing to Sydney’s evolving skyline. The design prioritises sustainability through energy- and water-efficient systems, passive shading, and green wall integration—forming a dynamic and environmentally conscious vertical community that celebrates creativity, connectivity, and the urban experience.
