Urbane is a six-storey apartment block, holding 85 luxury apartments. The huge success of this project was proven when the off-the-plan, one, two and three bedroom apartments hit the market and almost immediately sold out.

They all have an open-plan design and state of the art finishes and fixtures, including, stone benchtops and soft-close cupboards. Residents will have access to a communal rooftop garden, including an alfresco cooking area.

The aim was to create high-end apartments that offered something different for the area but were still within an affordable price range.
