Located at 1–5 Kooringa Road, Chatswood, this six-storey residential development presents a refined architectural composition of 43 thoughtfully designed apartments. The building’s sculptural form is characterised by articulated brickwork and generous terraces that cascade upward, integrating lush greenery and soft planting to enhance the urban fabric. The interplay between warm masonry tones and sleek vertical screening creates a sense of rhythm and depth, while expansive glazing maximises natural light and visual connection to the surrounding landscape. At street level, the design fosters community interaction through active frontages and landscaped edges, contributing to a welcoming and human-scaled streetscape that reflects Chatswood’s evolving residential character.
