The Vale Ski Resort project is a 70 apartment soft refurbishment of a   5-star ski resort in the prestigious ski field area of Niseko in Hokkaido, Northern Japan.

The scope comprises hotel rooms, studios, 1BR, 2BR, 3BR  and a Penthouse apartment.

The work is scheduled for the off season so that the resort can re-open in late 2018 in time for the new ski season.
