A+ design group were appointed by Lend Lease as the interior designers for this new-build 35-storey, 600 room, 5-star Sofitel Hotel which forms part of the International Convention Centre precinct in Darling Harbour. Notably, this is the first new-build 5-star hotel since the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
Our scope includes the following:
• Ground Floor Reception, Lobby Bar & Lobby Shop
• Guestrooms & Suites (Levels 5-34) • Level 1 Ballroom & Meeting floor
• Level 4 Fitness Centre adjacent to the outdoor pool deck.
• L35 Rooftop Club Lounge
We were involved from the initial planning stages through to the completion of the hotel, which officially opened in October 2018.
