The 2016 UDIA NSW Meriton Awards for Excellence was the 22nd largest awards to date, with over 900 delegates on the night and a record number of entrants. We are thrilled to announce that we were involved in 4 finalist projects, in 19 award categories and the award-winning Spring Cove Estate, (entered by the developer Oakstand), won under the medium-density development category. This award recognises residential developments with no more than five storeys and a minimum density of 20 dwellings per hectare. As sponsors of the night we supported and CEO Tony Leung presented the award for development excellence in the residential category, won by “Fairwater,” by Frasers Property Australia, congratulations again to them.
We’d like to thank the UDIA for a fantastic and fun night. We will definitely be returning next year!
