The Vale Ski Resort project is a 70-apartment soft refurbishment of a 5-star ski resort in the prestigious ski field area of Niseko in Hokkaido, Northern Japan. The scope comprises of hotel rooms, studios, 1BR, 2BR, 3BR and a penthouse apartment. The work is scheduled for the off-season, so that the resort can re-open in late 2018 for the new ski season.
