A+ Design Group is the winner of a design competition commissioned by the developer TWT Property Group. Following our winning entry, we recently submitted our design for a Development Application on Atchison Street, St Leonards. This winning competition design has answered to tough site restrictions. A challenging response to the surrounding apartments and a rapidly evolving urban context, to deliver a fantastic addition to this emerging transformation of the urban mixed-use precinct of St Leonards under the 2036 Vision. This 16-storey mixed-use development will contain 100 apartments, with 3,200m2 of speciality retail, art galleries, and commercial space in a 4- storey podium.
