Urbane is a six-storey apartment block, holding 85 luxury apartments. The huge success of this project was proven when the off-the-plan, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments hit the market and almost immediately sold out. All with an open-plan design, state-of-the-art finishes and fixtures, including, stone bench-tops and soft close cupboards. Residents will have access to a communal roof-top garden, including an alfresco cooking area. The aim was to create high-end apartments that offered something different for the area but were still within an affordable price range.
