SYDNEY

383 Kent Street is a mixed-use development in Sydney’s Western Corridor, combining hotel, residential and commercial spaces in a slender tower overlooking Darling Harbour. The design features an activated podium with retail, a grand lobby and a sculptural canopy, while landscaped terraces and greenery soften the façade. Above, curving balconies and warm tones create a distinctive presence in the skyline, offering a contemporary, biophilic character that enhances both Kent Street and the broader cityscape.
