SENIOR DESIGNER

Linh Nguyen is an accomplished designer with expertise in high-end residential and mixed-use developments. Bringing a wealth of multi-disciplinary skills, Linh excels in design, documentation, 3D modelling, DA/CC lodgements, and tender construction documentation. Linh is also adept at liaising with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, builders, town planners, councils, and PCA representatives, ensuring seamless project execution.
With a focus on the CC stage, Linh specializes in extensive building service coordination and compliance reviews, collaborating closely with consultants, engineers, and authorities. Linh’s skill set includes producing facade details and external/internal waterproofing solutions in line with the latest DBP obligations. This dedication ensures projects meet the highest standards of compliance and quality.
Linh’s comprehensive knowledge of CC documentation, utility service coordination, and compliance with BCA and fire safety standards makes them an invaluable member of the team. Their meticulous approach and ability to bridge technical and creative solutions elevate every project they contribute to at A+.

Brittney's forward-focused and outcome-driven approach is the bedrock of our office's seamless operation. Beyond her adept management of crucial administrative duties, Brittney is a highly skilled designer, actively contributing at the forefront of our projects. She effortlessly juggles these roles while also serving as Kaichi's dependable right-hand associate.
