Andy Wang, alongside ACOR consultants and A+ Design Group, forms an alliance aimed at advancing structural innovation. With over 16 years of expertise as a Structural Engineer specializing in concrete behavior, Andy brings invaluable insights, particularly in pre-stressed concrete design and nonlinear behavior of shallow concrete arches— a subject he explored in his thesis supported by the ARC Behaviour of Shallow Arches Scholarship. His portfolio spans diverse projects encompassing reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, steel frames, load-bearing masonry, timber, and precast/tilt-up concrete across Commercial, Residential, and Retail sectors. Together, this alliance seeks to redefine the benchmarks for building integrity and architectural excellence

Stephen Ngai is a Sydney based Director of Altus Group, has an extensive background in Cost Planning and Management for a variety of projects within the public and private sectors. His industry sector experience includes residential developments, hotels, office buildings, educational establishments, sporting facilities, Government housing and public infrastructure. In addition to his outstanding knowledge and experience in cost planning and contract administration, Stephen has also gained significant experience in development feasibility studies and financial appraisal of projects including residential, hotel and commercial developments. Stephen’s other specialist skills include master planning, value engineering, life cycle cost evaluation, technical report writing, and expert witness services.
