Our facade redesign project at Milsons Point will transform the existing commercial building, enhancing functionality, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal. The development introduces 585.1 sqm of additional commercial floor space and upgrades the private open space. Key improvements include partial demolition and structural upgrades to reinforce columns and the foundation along the western facade. This extension, increasing in width from Ground to Roof Level, will maximize daylight and create a vibrant workspace. The Level 1 rear terrace will be enclosed, adding 72.11 sqm of office space. Public domain and landscaping enhancements include upgrading the Ground Level terrace with landscape planting and seating areas, and installing planter boxes on Level 1 and Level 4. A new boundary wall with an art mural will add visual interest. Safety and accessibility improvements feature an extended lift shaft for emergency lifts and fire stairs from Ground Level to Level 12. A continuous awning along the footpath will provide pedestrian protection. This project aligns with the North Sydney Local Strategic Planning Statement, promoting commercial growth and improving existing buildings. It will generate economic benefits through employment during and after construction, and positively impact the community by providing additional commercial space and enhancing safety and security in the Milsons Point Town Centre.
