Rising 22 levels on Shafston Avenue in Kangaroo Point, this apartment building is conceived as a vertical subtropical garden—layered terraces, deep wrap-around balconies and integrated planters that soften the skyline and bring greenery to every level. A sculptural, porous podium is lifted on “tree-like” columns to create a shaded, welcoming ground plane, with generous glazing and landscaped edges that connect the building to the street. Warm timber-toned soffits, light-toned structure and curved balustrades give the tower a calm, resort-like character—crafted by Aplus Design Group for the climate and lifestyle of Brisbane.
