Our vision for this project is to craft a residential development that reflects the evolving character of Rhodes—honoring its past while embracing a vibrant, community-focused future. Situated on the eastern side of Rhodes railway, this development embodies a connection to Country and the surrounding urban fabric, delivering a transformative, human-scaled landscape. Drawing inspiration from Rhodes' dual identity—its industrial strength and rich residential heritage—the design establishes a dynamic conversation between history and progress. A carefully considered high-low building composition ensures a smooth transition from heritage streetscapes to contemporary urban living, balancing form and function with a people-centric approach. The podium-to-tower relationship enhances urban permeability, softening building mass and fostering a welcoming, accessible streetscape. Fully compliant with the Canada Bay LEP, Housing SEPP, and Rhodes East DCP, our design optimizes height and FSR to achieve architectural excellence—delivering a sustainable and engaging living environment where community and design harmoniously converge.
