A carefully considered high-low building composition ensures a smooth transition from heritage streetscapes to contemporary urban living, balancing form and function with a people-centric approach.
The podium-to-tower relationship enhances urban permeability, softening building mass and fostering a welcoming, accessible streetscape. Fully compliant with the Canada Bay LEP, Housing SEPP, and Rhodes East DCP, our design optimizes height and FSR to achieve architectural excellence—delivering a sustainable and engaging living environment where community and design harmoniously converge.
